My husband Ken and I retired at the early age of 47.  We are originally
from Northern New Jersey.  We both decided that we would not be able
to stay in New Jersey on a retirees salary.  We contemplated long and
hard about where we would be happy and fell in love with New
Hampshire.  We live in the beautiful town of Wolfeboro on a small farm
with our cat, horse and donkey.
We have always had dreams of owning our own business someday.
New Hampshire has given us so many opportunities to do so.
Like everyone,  we were always told how delicious our chutney was and
that we should try and market it.  We can not take full credit for the
recipe, you see, my mother Shirley started making it a long time ago
because she was tired of the same old cranberry sauce.  We have
"tweaked" it a little.  We have spiced it up  more then my Mom did.
She used Jalapeno peppers and we now use Habanero.
We believe that every jar that leaves our place is going to a friend.
We take pride in our product.

We also would like everyone to know that we donate 10 cents from every
jar sold to the National Kidney Foundation in honor of my Mom, who has
kidney disease and is undergoing dialysis.
